Like, SO many times.

Trump: "There are windmills all over Europe. There are windmills all over the place. And they are losers. One thing I've noticed is that the more windmills a country has, the more money that country loses, and the worse that country is doing. China make almost all of the… pic.twitter.com/cylwZpyzSZ

The speech has been widely criticized across the internet, but there's one person who's insisting it was actually great: Karoline Leavitt.

In a Fox News clip that's going viral, the White House Press Secretary claimed people were "very pleased" with Trump's speech.

"It has rave reviews," she said, as if discussing the return of Taco Bell's Quesarito.

"The president just tells it like it is," Karoline continued. "He came here with his America-first vision on full display, talking about how the American economy is booming once again." She listed several, uh, questionable reasons why we apparently have a "really exceptional American economy."

"I think he's really inspiring a lot of leaders in Europe to take that same approach. ... I think the president really struck an inspirational tone with all of them today."

Naturally, people have a lot to say about Karoline and her claims:

"Those eyes are so empty. Her soul is gone."

"'Dear leader has inspired all of us with his amazing speech and has truely blessed us with his leadership.'"

"I think Pinocchio told the truth more than this clown."

"Propaganda Barbie treats citizens like mushrooms- she likes to keep them in the dark and feed them a steady diet of BS."

"Trump could literally take a dump on the floor and she would be like 'Oh my god, that was amazing, sir!'"
